Fat Burner Bedtime Drink

Instructions :

  • Heat 1 Cup of Water (not to a boiling point)

  • 2 Tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar

  • 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice

  • 1 Tablespoon of raw honey

  • 1 Tablespoon of ground cinnamon powder

I recommend that you take this drink before bedtime.

This will allow your body to do its job better while sleeping. Take this drink for about a week to see its effects in action.
